<p>To eliminate worry lines, frown lines and tighten the skin of your forehead; place your palm over your forehead and hold it there firmly. Now, push the muscles of you forehead towards the top of your head as you use the resistance of your hands. Hold that position for a couple of seconds then release and relax. Repeat the procedure for about ten times.</p>
<p>In order to get rid of your double chin; lie flat on your back, bend your knees slightly with your heels flat on the ground. Now, raise your head slowly and tuck your chin against your upper chest. Hold that position for a few seconds then lift your head back to the starting position. Repeat this for about ten to fifty reps.</p>
<p>To tone and strengthen your neck; sit in an upright position and tilt your head backwards with your eyes fixed onto the ceiling, remember to keep your lips closed, but relaxed. Now, pout and stretch your lips. Hold that position for about ten seconds or so, relax and lower your head back to the starting position. Repeat this for about five times.</p>
